Is there a free trial?

No, this wouldn't be fair to existing clients and adds another layer of work related complexity that takes away from our ultimate goal of building better products and a better experience overall. We have multiple open source scripts as well.

How can I know I want to purchase something if I can't see it in action?

Outside of testimonials from existing client and chart sharing, there is in-depth videos by friends of InSilico such as Trader Mayne that extensively showcase our products.

Can I pay for a smaller number of indicators? Or just the ones that I like?


Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes! We have multiple packages for specific indicators that are monthly subscriptions. We also have a comprehensive package that includes all the indicators! All monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time.

How can I cancel/upgrade my subscription?

Log into your account on insilicotrading.info and navigate to payments where you will be able to end or upgrade your subscription. DM a moderator in the Discord server if you have any other questions

I have been told I have been added, I have received email confirmation, but the indicators still say not authorized?

In almost every case this is just an error on Trading View's part, and you simply need to refresh/reload.

How long does it take to get access after purchasing?

After signing up, please allow up to 12 hours to grant you access to our Trading Suite on Trading View. It's a manual process by our team. If it is taking longer or you are missing indicators please feel free to reach out to either myself or one of the moderators

If you provided your Discord username during checkout (optional) you'll receive the VIP role at the same time. If you still need access to our VIP Discord alerts after signing up, send an email to support@insilicoresearch.com with your order number and Discord username and we'll take care of it as soon as possible.

Can I pay using Bitcoin? How about Credit Card?

Yes! We do accept Bitcoin. And, of course, Credit Card as well.

Can I get a refund?

No, we do not offer refunds especially those related to trading losses, it sets a very harmful precedent and encourages the worst in newer traders.

I have paid for VIP, how do I schedule my lesson? How long will I have to wait?

Direct message one of our active administrators about current list/waiting time. Due to our emphasis on quality and not outsourcing responsibility to unproven strangers wait times can be rather long, weeks to months at the peak - but your lesson will be redeemed no matter what.

I don't have access to the indicators but I already paid and have been told I've been added.

This is almost never the case, please be sure to check your invite only list on trading view, simply searching up indicators or going to our TV page will not show you what you have access to.

I paid and subscribed, and it took longer than the 12 hour period to get access.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience, sometimes this happens due to the highly volatile nature of the market and also simply because of the fact that we are humans at the end of the day, and things can come up on short notice. No one will ever be charged for time they don't have access to, everything will roll over.
